The Valley of the Shadow - Dealing with Suicidal Depression
Does Suicide send you to hell? — For Brothers & Sisters Struggling with Mental Health Issues
Are you or someone you know struggling with Mental Health issues? During our salvation series discussion about Penalty and Possibility, we took a side track on the question "Does suicide send you to hell?" and "Can a Christian have suicidal depression?" I shared my personal testimony about my struggles with suicidal depression and debilitating self-doubt. I have pulled that part of the discussion out into a separate video with the hope that it will better address the topic and help those who struggle. For my story and teachings that may help you with those struggles, please watch the video:
The Valley Of The Shadow (withCaptions), (1080p Video, Size: 5.96G, Duration: 00:34:01).
This was a Zoom Bible Discussion recorded September 22, 2022. Additional materials were recorded on February 1, 2024.

Worship Is
Individual Worship is
Worship is our purpose...It is what we are created to do. As such, we can't help but worship. We may not worship a specific god, but we are going to worship something. In the Christian world, worship means reverence for, and love for the Almighty God Jehovah, His Son, Jesus Christ, and The Spirit. We worship God rightly when we live our lives in obedience to God's leadership through the spirit out of intimate love for Him.

Physical Preparedness
A significant problem in the Body of Christ is the fact that the physical bodies of the body of Christ are in such poor condition. We seem to have lost the concept that the condition of the physical body of each member of the Body of Christ is important in God's plan. We have lost sight of the fact that our body is the temple of the Most High God and that He deserves and demands a temple that brings Him both glory and honor (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Haggai 1:1-11).
There is a scriptural foundation for having a fit and strong physical body.
